Noble M600

Noble is a British manufacturer of supercars, known as effective and successful models like the M12 or M15. His creations are characterized by offering a driving experience far superior to the average, most vehicles are created for purists who do not believe in automatic transmissions or stability control. They do not use their own engines, but engine parts supplied by the manufacturers usually evolve to levels that defy logic.

And just presented the supercar of which I wore for a long time talking about the new Noble M600. After a nondescript name lurks a thoroughbred mid-engined, rear-drive, capable of humiliating an entire Porsche 911 Turbo, to give an aesthetic ejemplo.Su is sporty, but very restrained for what is customary in this type of car. Still, all the key visual elements are present: headlights ripped, transparent cover for the engine, large air intakes or circular taillights.


Along with the functional diffuser only two exhaust outlets sized, curious detail. The chosen color scheme - blue and black body to the wheels - is replicated in the cabin (there will be ample opportunity for customization). It has an interior particularly spectacular, but quality details like a leather-wrapped dashboard or real carbon fiber center console. The equipment is fairly moderate, has air conditioning, radio CD, electric mirrors and little else.

It's a car in which function dominates form. And their role is to be very fast and efficient. The engine chosen by Noble is the same 4.4-liter V8 - manufactured by Yamaha - Volvo S80 and mounted on the XC90. Equipped with a pair of Garrett turbochargers and reinforced internally maximum is not surprising that they reach high power levels. A taste of the driver and the driver pressing a button you can select 450, 550 or 650 hp with maximum torque of 840 Nm in the latter case.

Centrally placed, send full power to the rear wheels through a transaxle gearbox, six-speed manual. As active safety features, only a 100% traction control switched off, or the ABS and ESP are on the list of options so we will have good strong hands to carry a M600. With a 40/60 weight distribution and a weight of only 1275 kg thanks to a tubular steel chassis and body panels in carbon fiber, myocardial performance is achieved.

The 0 to 100 km / h is dispatched in 3.0 seconds and top speed is nothing less than 360 km / h. To stop it Alcon brakes are used, with disks of iron and a servo quite low. Definitely a car is very demanding for the driver, but that guarantees unbelievable feeling if you know wear. Cost around £ 200,000 and placed on sale in the fall, but remember that a supercar is not just the cost, maintenance also.
